The Wellness & Performance Consultation

This is not a traditional office visit. Each one-on-one session is a comprehensive, individualized conversation focused on performance, recovery, injury prevention, nutrition, supplementation, body composition, longevity, and overall wellness.

Sessions last approximately 30–60 minutes and begin with a detailed review of your background, goals, training history, lifestyle, previous and current injuries, health considerations, and any questions you may have. Depending on your needs, it may also include functional movement assessment, mobility screening, biomechanics evaluation, and discussion of recovery strategies.

Drawing from experience in elite athletics, military service, medical education, and orthopedic training, we help you understand the science behind performance, recovery, physiology, supplementation, peptide-related topics, and emerging wellness strategies, so you can cut through misinformation and make more informed decisions.

Every consultation is tailored to the individual. There is no script, no sales pitch, and no one-size-fits-all approach, just an honest, in-depth conversation focused on your goals, your obstacles, and a practical path forward.

Backed by a licensed medical director

Our medical director is a licensed physician (MD) available for consultation. His role is to ground our educational sessions in clinical perspective, helping you understand the landscape, the considerations, and the questions worth asking.

Our consultation disclaimer

Information and education, not medical advice

Consultations with Intrinsic Fitness, Health Done Right are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. We may describe what we know and what we personally would consider, but we are not directing your care.

Peptide therapy carries real risks

Peptide therapy is not without risk, and many peptides are not FDA-approved. Safety and appropriateness vary by individual health conditions, medical history, and other factors. The decision to pursue any therapy, and the responsibility for that decision, rests entirely with you, in partnership with your own licensed physician.

Your choice, your control

We will never pressure you toward any product or therapy. Our goal is simply to help you understand your options clearly. Always consult a licensed physician before beginning any peptide therapy or related treatment.
